Billing and Invoicing Information
If you are not paying by credit card we will send an invoice with your order. If you need us to put a P.O. number on the invoice, please tell us.
If you are paying by credit card we will not charge your credit card until we ship your order. We will include a sales receipt with the order for your records.
Enterprise Software Order Timeline
Whether ordering PWell or our enterprise editions of PLog or PDensity, you can expect to have software in your office ready to be set up within two weeks when you place your order.

Using PLog with gINT
If you are ordering PLog, we need several gINT files from you, if you are planning on using PLog with gINT. We use the files to develop your correspondence file. We cannot begin creating the correspondence file without the necessary gINT files. The files are:
- gINT library file (.glb)
- gINT template (.gdt)
- A sample project with several boreholes and/or wells
Once we complete the correspondence file we will ship your order. It takes about two weeks to prepare an order for shipping.
Using PLog with out gINT
If you are not using PLog with gINT, you do not need a correspondence file. We will ship your order within two business days of receiving the order.
RAPID CPT
We will typically ship all RAPID CPT orders within two business days of receiving your order.
