	FAQs General What type of PDA do I need? Does Dataforensics software operate on Pocket PCs? What type of PDA do you recommend? How does the PDA perform in the rugged field conditions? Can I download GPS coordinates to the PDA? How much memory does a program require to load and run? Do you have a trial version I can download? Do you offer volume discounts? Can your software collect data in metric units? What costs are covered under the 60-day free trial? Can you beam project information from one PDA to another? Can I HotSync multiple PDAs to one computer? Something is wrong with my PDA. Can I return it to you for a new one? I have HotSynced my PDA to my PC. The HotSync completed, but my data is not in PLog. Why is PLog not working? I see my data in the PC module for PLog or PDensity, but the data is not in gINT. How do I get it there? PLog Does PLog run on any device besides a PDA with a Palm operating system? We are looking at this for an environmental (contaminated site application) for soils and for groundwater (including monitoring well installation). My company has several reports it sends to different clients and agencies. Do I need a correspondence file for each report? Can I log sample lengths in feet? I want to log samples in inches, but my logs are in feet. Is this a problem? Can I generate a boring log in the field? Can I view a complete log in the field on the PDA? PLog is nice, but we have field tests that are unique to my state. Can these tests be added? We have several departments in my company with different data they collect in the field. Is it possible to customize PLog for each department? I logged some description items in PLog and they are not present in my gINT log. Where are those items? Does PLog support other soil classifications besides USCS? What version of gINT do I need to work with PLog, PWell or PDensity? Will PLog work with gINT Logs? When I try to send my data from PLog to gINT, it is not going in to gINT. Who do I call for help – Dataforensics or gINT? Do I need to hire you to update the correspondence file every time I change my gINT data template or want to add a description item to my soil or rock descriptions? PDensity Due to soil conditions my company does not use nuclear density field tests. Can we still use PDensity? Can I modify Proctor results in the field? Can I add new Proctor test results while in the field? Will PDensity work with gINT Logs? When I try to send my data from PDensity to gINT, it is not going in to gINT. Who do I call for help – Dataforensics or gINT? PWell Is an external program such as gINT necessary for PWell?
